The Art of Queuing

Queuing; something we have all (mostly) become good at! For sure, there are those who don’t quite seemed to have grasped the concept of being polite, keeping our distance and waiting patiently in line.
Merits of the Bread Shop Queue: not too long; quite civilised in fact... lovely bread!
Chemist Queue: bit more serious... understandable...
Iron mongers: kept going in the supply of creosote, paint, lightbulbs... you name it they’ve got it... except for the flat headed galvanised nails my husband required!
Supermarket: well organised with trolley clean and hand sanitiser. Enjoyed this queue... after a 40 minute wait, had a full shopping trolley and several lovely bottles of wine.

Online workshops with the Zadissa sisters

I was luck enough to attend three online workshops with Elmira and Ramona over lockdown where they showed their own beautiful art and encouraged us to talk and draw about our emotions communities and feelings. I’m attaching an abstract picture using a Zadissa template, which shows my two favourite places a tropical sunset in Thailand and Ladybower Resevoir in the Peak District.
