Getting out

I feel privileged with job security, house, garden, two dogs and a loving husband. Self-isolation has been tough though because I thrive on other people's energy. I had to reinvent friendships and forge new ones via online forums, video chats, talking to neighbours when clapping to recognise essential workers... Routine has helped a lot, including coffee socials with colleagues. This has reshaped our relationships, often made them more personal. But regular sports and getting out of the house to be on my own has been essential for focusing on myself to store up energy for my new communities and healthy house life.

Morning routine

MORNING ROUTINE. I start my day in the same way every day, then do more different things later on. This helps me feel more grounded.
